My TOP 5s for Autumn
CHANTELE HAS BEEN CHECKING OUT THE TRENDS FOR NEXT SEASON AVAILABLE ON-LINE AND IN THE HIGH STREET STORES
We are coming up to that awkward time in the year – we haven’t had much of a summer – yet – so we are still hoping for an improvement in the weather for August. And yet the stores are introducing their ranges for Autumn/Winter 2015 – it’s all a bit confusing.
I’ve pulled together my favourite 5 items from a few high street stores to give you an overview of what to expect in the coming months.
The biggest trend for A/W is influenced by the fashion of the 70s. Yes 70s trends will be coming back in full force, so expect lots of suede skirts and dresses, floppy hats, brown and green shades and plenty of deep moody florals in floaty fabrics. I’m a pretty big fan of 70s fashion so I’ve fallen for a few items already – check out the Debenhams Preen dress and Monsoon Keeva Dress.
But if the 70s really isn’t for you there are plenty of other gorgeous items available so keep an eye out for beautifully structured trench coats, impressive midi and maxi skirts and some great bold prints.
Most of these items won’t hit the shops for another few weeks (or months in some cases) so keep an eye out for your favourite pieces so you don’t miss out.
