Happily, the process of setting out your wishes is straightforward and cost-efficient.

There are few things in life that can be sorted in the time it would take to cook a bowl of pasta – but arranging a Will is one.

So it is surprising that 54% of people aged 50 – 59 do not have a Will, and yet it’s understandable too as many of us put off thinking about how to arrange our estate should the unforeseen happen.

But today many of us have responsibilities to spouses, partners, children, step-children or other dependents and without a Will, your wishes for how they will be provided for cannot be guaranteed.

Recent legislation has changed the way in which the assets of people who die without Wills are shared between their relatives.

Who inherits what can become a destructive point of conflict for loved ones left behind and dealing with the

problem should you die intestate (without a Will) adds a considerable burden to families already coping with loss.

Happily, the process of setting out your wishes is straightforward and cost-efficient. In the majority of cases, matters can be clarified and set out in ten minutes or so and yet the peace of mind it provides individuals and their families cannot be underestimated.

So with the pasta analogy still in mind, even the busiest of us can find the time to make sure that matters are settled as you would wish them to be.

In less than half an hour, you can make sure no matter what lies ahead, your loved ones will be provided for.
