Llys Nini RSPCA Animal Centre

Good things come in small packages

For some years we have been working with Swansea Cats Protection to help raise awareness of cats and kittens looking for new homes. Last month we were contacted by Demi, a volunteer at Llys Nini Animal Centre, who asked if we could publicise the need for homes for other small furries. So here we are – this month we have a selection of rabbits and ferrets but look out in following months where we’ll be seeking forever homes for rats, birds and other small creatures. Llys Nini pic

This lovely boy has been at the centre for some time. He’s a quiet boy who enjoys time in his run. Humphrey ideally needs daily interaction and handling so that he can build up a good bond with his owner. He would like (we think) a neutered female rabbit for company.

Wolfy and Peter

This cute male and female couple are looking for a new home together. They arrived separately at the centre but have now become the best of friends. They are sweet rabbits who love to hop around in the run and interact with people. They have been at the centre for a while now so we are hoping to find them a fun new home soon.

Groovy Bob

This is the very handsome Groovy Bob. He’s a very confident and inquisitive chap who loves to run and play. Bob really enjoys exploring and requires lots of attention to keep him happy. He would benefit from an experienced owner who is confident in handling ferrets as he can be a little nippy. Given time and experienced handling he will be a great addition to a household. He requires a home with other ferrets and will need to be socialised properly together as he can be picky at choosing his friends.

Bella, Jones and Lewie

The Albino Trio! They came into our care separately but have since have been teamed up and have formed a family unit. They are all friendly and can be handled with no problems. They like to play, explore and sleep in a big huddle all together. They would make fantastic pets and would keep you entertained for hours with their funny, furry antics!

If you would like to meet this crazy trio and have a ferret sized hole in your home that they could fill, please come and meet them.

This lovely boy has been at the centre for some time but is currently in a foster home for more company. He is a friendly boy who enjoys his time in the run. Fred would like to be paired with a well matched, neutered female for company. He would make a lovely addition to a family, given his lovely personality.
