Adega Camolas is a family business. This is a blend of red grape varieties, Castelao, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet and is produced south of Lisbon in the Arrabida Natural Park. The grapes are hand harvested and the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. Tasting of lively red fruits, toasted coffee beans and mocha, it is ideal with rich meat and/or vegetarian dishes.
